Eligibility criteria for packages
To be eligible for a package, you must comply with the eligibility criteria set out below.
- In order to be eligible for our package service, and subject
to point 2 below, you must fall into one of the following categories:
- you are an existing customer of ours having spent less than £20,000 on our services in the previous year;
- you are an existing master franchise customer of ours having spent £20,000 or more on our services in the previous year, subject to the provision of sufficient evidence that (i) individual franchise customers are part of your franchise network; and (ii) each applicable individual franchise customer forming part of your franchise network spent less than £20,000 on our services in the previous year; or
- you are a new prospect – no current Yell products.
- Packages are only available as pre-defined packages. Removing, swapping or adding products to a package order may mean that the package is no longer available.
- Packages are not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
